Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, though a bit small for adding an extra bed, and surprisingly quiet given its location next to a busy road. The service had its ups and downs, from resolving issues promptly to some shortcomings in cleanliness and noise. The location offered easy access from the freeway and was convenient for travelers. Dining options were satisfactory, but improvements could be made for guests needing early checkouts. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive highlights and areas for enhancement.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. We had to wait 30 minutes for another room during our stay, but luckily they found one. The hotel is situated above a noisy bar, which could be bothersome. We appreciated the helpful staff, but the location right on top of the restaurant was not ideal. We are unsure if we would choose to stay there again.
The hotel's room had lovely furnishings and was clean, providing everything needed for a short stay, though an upgrade was required for three adults. The staff were friendly and helpful despite some lacking knowledge, offering a great meal at the restaurant. The location, although convenient, suffered from excessive noise due to heavy traffic, affecting the overall stay experience. The dining options were somewhat inadequate, particularly for early morning check-outs.
